  I"ve never had such a hard time handing over my money. Went in today to pay a fine, I"d looked the fines up online, took the cash I needed with me to pay. Went in the front door, was told to go to a different building for that, then they sent to the police station, then they sent me back to the civil infractions desk, who then sent me to the cashier to pay. 4 stops to pay one ticket, crazy. Then I had to wait in a waiting area for the cashier desk to "get ready" whatever that means. Unreal. No wonder the budget is out of whack.

  Got a ticket on 12/19. I called every other day to schedule a court date and the same young imbecile answered the phone. She kept telling me that the ticket hasn't been turned in and because of the holidays (Christmas and New Years). Mind you the write tickets electronically! Anyhow, I called on Jan 5th and was told that I went into default on 1/4 and in order for me to get a court date, I'd have to send a $165 "bond" and write a letter to the Court in hopes that I'm granted a hearing. I get a hearing for 3/15. I go and get the ticket dismissed and they refunded the $165. 2 days later, I receive a letter from them dated 3/15 indicating that my license is suspended for failure to pay the $165. IDIOTS!!!
