- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The absolute worse service ever...every single encounter. The mail carrier does not ring your bell to notify you that you have a package. She simply leaves the "sorry we missed you" sheet in your box. The many times that I have caught her doing that without even ringing my bell (I only knew because I was tracking the package and received a text message), she addressed me with an attitude because I interrupted her usual phone conversation causing her to pause her conversation to obtain my packages from the mail truck. After calling the Southfield post office to speak with a supervisor regarding my repetitious unpleasant and unprofessional encounters with the mail carrier, the supervisor was even more unpleasant and unprofessional.
